• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
• Keep your resume and profile information up to date
• Only apply to positions you are genuinely interested in
• Respond professionally to employer communications
• Not share account credentials with others

5. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality
• Comply with all employment laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform to collect resumes for purposes other than hiring
• Promptly update or remove filled positions

6. Job Postings

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any job posting that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. We do not guarantee that job postings are accurate, complete, or current. Users should independently verify all job information before applying.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pulse Job or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By submitting content to the Platform (such as your resume or profile), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Payment and Refunds

For employers using paid services:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Refunds may be issued within 7 days if no premium features were used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information and are not responsible for the actions of users or employers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Job shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Job from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
